UU 2025 – join us to discuss the future of the university

This autumn, Utrecht University will start work on the development of a new strategic plan for the period 2016-2020. During this development phase, all members of the university community will be invited to provide their input and views on the future of our university.

UU 2025: better future
With a rich history and a strong foundation to build on, Utrecht University can be proud of what has been achieved in recent years, spanning innovation in teaching to the expansion of our strategic themes and research focus areas. But the future has new challenges in store. By looking at where we want the university to be in 2025, we can make choices on how to direct our course over the years ahead. This is the inspiration behind our strategic plan theme – UU 2025: better future.

From October to December, you are more than welcome to share your thoughts about the future of Utrecht University. During special sessions staff, students, alumni and partners of the University can discuss themes which they believe are important. You will be able to share your views on education and research, but also on the question of how the University could become even more sustainable and what role the campuses could play in creating an inspiring working and living environment.
