Human capital

With more than 6,000 employees, Utrecht University works on socially relevant research and provides high-quality education. Achieving this means that we as an employer focus on leadership on every level and give employees the freedom to develop their talents. However, will leadership and talent development remain key issues in the future? During this meeting, we will discuss our human capital: what ambitions in this area should the University nurture in the 21st century? Which themes are essential? We look forward to hearing your views on this.
